Realizing a gap between staff and the youngsters they aim to reach; I recognized the need to contribute to the growth and development of these young minds in a genuinely impactful way. With a commitment to hard work, fairness, and communication in a language today's youngsters understand, Y2Y is crafted to guide these kids into becoming young men with class and standards. Our goal is to change the trajectory and trend of violence and oppression in our community.
